Job Title: Whole Home Consultant

We're looking for a motivated Whole Home Consultant to join our team and become the go-to expert for our customers. You'll be a vital part of our sales team, providing solutions and building trust. As a Whole Home Consultant, you will be responsible for selling our company's ancillary products and services directly to our clients. Your primary role will be to build positive relationships with customers, educate them on our products, and monitor sales metrics to ensure continued success. You will be the main point of contact for customers in your territory, providing timely solutions and working collaboratively with the sales team to grow opportunities.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • Ride along with a technician and sell company products and services - working with an unlimited number of provided leads!

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, acting as their main point of contact.

  • Educate existing clients about our company's products and services, creating a favorable impression that leads to sales.

  • Handle customers' individual needs, resolve conflicts, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.

  • Monitor sales metrics and suggest actions to improve sales performance.

  • Utilize excellent communication and negotiation skills while maintaining a customer-service-oriented approach.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and expand opportunities within your assigned territory.

  • Maintain a safe workplace and ensure that safety is the highest priority.

  • Complete special projects and other duties as assigned by management to meet the organization's needs.

  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of field or sales experience with in home services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)

  • Comfortable working directly with customers in their homes.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).

  • Proficient with computers and MS Office suite.

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.

  • Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision.

  • Friendly, upbeat, and professional personality with excellent negotiation skills.

  • Must be eligible to legally work in the United States and be at least 18 years of age.

  • Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screen.

  • Ability to speak Spanish is preferred but not required.
