About the Role
We’re looking for a Loan Officer Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the backbone of the application process—helping borrowers get started, reviewing applications, and making sure every file is accurate, complete, and structured for success.

What You’ll Do

Take mortgage applications verbally over the phone using our intake system.

Alternatively, review mortgage applications submitted online for completeness and accuracy.

Collect, organize, and verify borrower documentation (income, assets, credit, etc.).

Cross-reference applications against supporting documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Work closely with Loan Officers to structure loans based on borrower qualifications and program guidelines.

Update and maintain records in our tech stack.

Communicate clearly with borrowers, agents, and internal team members to keep the process moving smoothly.

Support a high-volume, fast-paced pipeline while maintaining attention to detail.
What We’re Looking For

Experience as a Loan officer, Loan Officer Assistant, or Mortgage Loan Processor.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to cross-check numbers and documents.

Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.

Comfort working with technology (CRM, LOS, document management systems).

Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative team environment.

Organized and able to juggle multiple files and deadlines at once.
