- Experience in Computerease construction software preferable.
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Excel and pivot tables
- Minimum bachelor's degree in accounting
- Should have experience in sales tax, and payroll tax.
- Manage taxes due bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly. Prepare tax calendar.
- Should have multi state tax experience
- Can work on Audit Schedules
- Can do monthly soft closing
- Can prepare Quarterly Work in Progress (WIP) report
- A team player
- Attention to details
- Record Quarterly depreciation expense
- Multiple years' experience in Construction/Fabrication accounting
