We’re looking for a highly-driven, organized, and personable human resources manager to play an important role on our team. You’ll be responsible for the business administration, coordination, and enforcement of our human resources plans and procedures, including recruiting, onboarding, training, performance management, and regulatory compliance. Compensation:
$70,000 - $85,000 yearly DOE
Responsibilities:
- Narrow down the talent pool to highly-qualified candidates, interview the shortlist, and onboard and train new hires
- Advise on key organizational policies, decision-making and strategic planning initiatives including business administration and annual budget
- Manage the relationship between employees and managers and advise on important issues such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment
- Develop and implement personnel policies and procedures, and advise on improvements
- Manage human resources programs including employee benefits, training, and company evaluation and compensation
- Meet with departing employees for exit interviews and receive feedback on our current systems for improvement
- Fill out paperwork, internal documents, reports, and records with high accuracy
Qualifications:
- Over 3 years of experience in upper-level HR management
- Excellent leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Professional certification from the SHRM or similar organization
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, HR management or related major
