Responsibilities:
• Supervise and lead a team of five accounting professionals, ensuring collaboration and efficiency.
• Oversee general ledger accounting, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financial data.
• Manage the preparation and review of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Implement and maintain effective document control systems to enhance operational efficiency.
• Review and organize financial documentation, including scanning and compiling necessary records.
• Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making and business growth.
• Monitor and evaluate internal controls to safeguard company assets and improve processes.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits and financial reviews.• Proven experience in a Controller or senior financial leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting and financial reporting.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage document control and scanning processes.
• Proficiency in analyzing and compiling financial data with attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
