Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Pay Rate: $22 per hour on W2
Location: 1101 Greenwood Blvd, Suite 3001, Lake Mary, FL 32746
Contract Duration: 6 Months
Language Requirement: Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred


Description: -

Customer Service phone agent responsible for handling inbound calls from customers regarding supply orders or additional questions and making outbound calls for customer follow-ups. This role also includes limited technical support on equipment. The candidate must follow established processes, systems, and call expectations while adhering to required guidelines.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls and place outbound calls to provide information and follow up on supply and equipment orders.
  • Maintain a customer base within the Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) platform.
  • Conduct VW enrollment calls and provide equipment training and setup support.
  • Perform compliance follow-ups and conduct monthly customer calls.
  • Place supply and equipment orders and follow up with vendors as necessary.
  • Manage ordering, shipping, delivery confirmation, and RMA processes when required.
  • Perform outbound calls to notify customers of shipping delays or missing information.
  • Resolve or escalate issues and report problems as needed.
  • Utilize databases to retrieve and update customer and company information.
  • Work reports and follow through on orders placed.
  • Assist with workflow productivity improvements.
  • Follow all regulatory policies, procedures, privacy, and security standards, including HIPAA requirements.
  • Understand and adhere to all business processes and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow work instructions.
  • Meet department metric standards and maintain a culture of accountability.

  • Minimum of one (1) year of Customer Service experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to use thinking and reasoning skills to solve problems
  • Ability to collaborate with other teams within the VAD department to accomplish daily tasks
  • Reliable and able to learn systems, processes, and call expectations
