A global leader in medical imaging systems is seeking a high-impact Account Executive to join a top-performing U.S. sales team. This organization develops and manufactures advanced radiography systems, detectors/panels, and mobile C-arms, backed by one of the strongest service and training infrastructures in the industry.
This is a rare opportunity to join a company whose products are used in the majority of hospitals worldwide and whose sales culture is known for exceptional income potential—top performers are consistently earning in the $200K–$300K+ range. The top rep this year broke 500k!
Territory is open due to the rep earning a promotion. Territory has lots of deals in the pipeline already.
$90–95K base salary
~$185K OTE, with many reps exceeding plan
Uncapped commission with aggressive accelerators up to 2x

Responsibilities
Drive sales across a full medical imaging portfolio
Manage and grow a large geographical territory (overnight travel required)
Identify, prospect, and close new accounts while expanding existing ones
Navigate complex hospital decision cycles and multiple stakeholder groups
Maintain accurate forecasting, territory planning, and CRM discipline
Present high-value solutions that improve radiology workflow and clinical performance
Requirements:
This position is ideal for:
Experienced capital equipment reps selling into hospitals or imaging centers
Medical imaging reps selling DR, CR, ultrasound, C-arms, PACS, enterprise software, or related systems
Strong up-and-comers with a proven sales record in medical equipment or services
ARRT-certified clinical applications specialists who want to transition into sales
Must haves:
5+ years of successful medical imaging or medical capital equipment sales
Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding quota in capital sales
Experience selling into hospitals, radiology groups, or imaging centers
Strong executive-level selling skills and clinical workflow understanding
Excellent communication, negotiation, and territory-management skills
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Radiologic Technology is a plus).
Candidates should either have capital equipment sales exp into hospitals OR medical sales exp with a clinical background as a rad tech.
