We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations in our Coral Springs office. The ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient, and comfortable handling a high volume of mail and paperwork. This role plays a key part in maintaining a smooth, professional, and well-organized office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing correspondence
- Organize, file, and maintain physical and digital documents, ensuring accurate record-keeping and easy retrieval
- Serve as the primary point of contact for general administrative inquiries
- Maintain office systems and procedures to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with company policies
- Draft, edit, and format letters, memos, reports, and other documents as needed
- Handle data entry and maintain accurate logs and reports
- Support onboarding processes for new employees by organizing documentation and setting up office access
- Monitor and ensure the office environment is professional, orderly, and aligned with company standards
- Assist other departments with administrative support when required
