Here at Elite Agency, We’re looking for a RELIABLE and PROACTIVE OFFICE MANAGER to keep our workplace running smoothly and looking its best. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who takes PRIDE in ORGANIZATION, CLEANLINESS, AND BEING THE GO-TO SUPPORT FOR DAILY OFFICE NEEDS.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of all common areas (lobby, break rooms, etc.)

Monitor and restock vending machine inventory regularly.

Set up computers and basic desk equipment for new employees.

Unpack and organize incoming deliveries and office supplies.

Keep the office organized and assist with layout/space planning as needed.

Ensure the work environment is safe, clean, and functional at all times.

Vacuum, clean windows, and ensure general office upkeep.

[BONUS EARNING OPPORTUNITY] Ability to drive the company vehicle to transport executives after hours. Prior experience required to qualify, but not a deal breaker.
Qualifications:

Prior experience in office management, facilities, or a similar support role preferred.

Comfortable using basic computer equipment and setting up workstations.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Friendly, helpful attitude with a hands-on approach.

Previous transport experience driving large vehicles.
