PBACO (Palm Beach Accountable Care Organization) is a leading value-based care organization dedicated to improving patient outcomes, reducing the cost of care, and supporting independent Primary Care Physicians (PCPs) throughout 26 states. Our mission is to empower community physicians with the tools, data, and resources needed to enhance quality performance and maximize shared savings within Medicare ACO programs.

As part of our growth and network expansion team, you will play a key role in strengthening PBACO’s provider network by engaging independent PCPs, educating them on PBACO’s performance-driven model, and supporting their transition into value-based care.

Job Overview

PBACO is seeking a motivated Growth Specialist (Inside Sales/Physician Outreach) to connect with Primary Care Physicians and introduce them to the benefits of joining PBACO. In this role, you will conduct outreach to identify interested providers, schedule meetings with our leadership team, and help expand PBACO’s footprint within Medicare’s ACO models.

Responsibilities

  • Make 100–300 weekly outbound calls to independent Primary Care Physicians across Palm Beach County and South Florida.

  • Schedule 5–10 qualified meetings weekly between physicians and PBACO’s leadership/ACO development team.

  • Clearly communicate the financial and operational benefits of joining PBACO, including shared savings opportunities, enhanced quality performance support, and reduced administrative burden.

  • Educate providers on the Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP) and PBACO’s value-based care strategies.

  • Qualify leads, build relationships, and maintain a strong physician outreach pipeline using PBACO’s CRM systems.

  • Explain PBACO’s proven history of high-performing ACO success, including quality initiatives, care coordination support, risk-stratified patient management, and compliance guidance.

  • Document outreach activities, meeting notes, and follow-up actions to support smooth physician onboarding.

  • Collaborate with the operations and quality teams to ensure accurate messaging and alignment with PBACO’s strategic priorities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in healthcare sales, physician recruitment, ACOs, or medical practice consulting is preferred.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills and the ability to engage busy physicians and practice managers.

  • Proven ability to meet weekly outreach and scheduling goals.

  • Familiarity with Medicare, ACOs, MSSP, or population health programs is a plus (training provided).

  • Proficiency with CRM and outreach tracking tools.

  • Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Passionate about improving healthcare efficiency and supporting independent practices in value-based care.
