Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Support Coordinator to join our remote team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting daily business operations by managing processes, documentation, and internal coordination. Your work will help ensure the team runs efficiently and that key tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Responsibilities

Assist with process tracking, documentation, and internal reporting

Prepare and format forms, templates, and reports as needed

Qualifications

Prior experience in operations support, administrative coordination, or related fields preferred but not required

Proficient with Google Workspace, CRM systems, and Adobe PDF

Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
