Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to office staff and management
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files
- Manage schedules, calls, and emails with accuracy and professionalism
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and document preparation
- Support the team with special projects and deadlines as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role (experience is a must)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while being a team player
- Detail-oriented and dependable with a strong work ethic
