Introduction:
Visium Resources has been asked to identify qualified candidates for this Account Manager position. This position is a contract to direct hire opportunity, which is fully remote work for a duration of 3 - 4 months before going direct.
Summary:
We are hiring a remote Account Manager to support and grow our home and auto insurance book of business. This role is ideal for a self-motivated, fast-learning sales professional who understands how to manage relationships, work within a CRM, and convert opportunities at renewal.
This is not a call-center role. You will manage existing clients, identify coverage needs, handle renewals, and generate additional revenue through consultative selling.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and service an assigned book of home and auto insurance clients.
- Proactively handle policy renewals, coverage reviews, and retention efforts.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities during client interactions.
- Quote, present, and bind home and auto insurance policies.
- Provide professional, timely client communication via phone, email, and CRM.
- Maintain accurate documentation, follow-up, and activity tracking in CRM systems.
- Support sales initiatives and agency growth goals in a remote environment.
- Work independently while staying accountable to production and service metrics.
Qualifications:
- Self-motivated with strong personal accountability.
- Comfortable working in CRM-driven environments.
- Fast learner with the ability to absorb insurance concepts quickly.
- Coachable and receptive to feedback and training.
- Proven track record of success in sales or account management.
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Reliable remote work setup and ability to manage time effectively.
