Requirment: MUST HAVE LEICA BLK360 or RTC360 Experience

Robotic Imaging is seeking a dedicated and tech-savvy Field 3D Scanning Technician to travel to retail and commercial real estate sites across the United States. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing 3D scans of properties using state-of-the-art scanning equipment and Robotic Imaging's mobile application. The role involves extensive travel and requires a high level of independence, attention to detail, and adherence to on-site checklists to ensure data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• 3D Scanning: Travel to various retail and commercial real estate locations across the U.S. to conduct 3D scans of properties using advanced scanning equipment.
• Mobile App Utilization: Operate Robotic Imaging’s mobile app to capture, store, and transmit 3D scan data efficiently.
• On-Site Checklists: Follow detailed on-site checklists to ensure complete and accurate data capture, including verifying all required areas are scanned and documented.
• Collaboration: Work closely with remote teams, providing updates on scanning progress and any site-specific challenges.
• Equipment Management: Ensure proper use, maintenance, and care of all 3D scanning equipment.
• Reporting: Document and report issues encountered in the field and assist in troubleshooting technical problems with equipment or software.
• Quality Assurance: Review scans for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to client specifications.
• Travel: Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate extensive travel, often on short notice, and stay organized while working remotely.

Requirements:

• Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the U.S. (100% travel role)
• Experience with 3D scanning technology or willingness to learn
• Proficiency in using mobile applications and other digital tools
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Problem-solving mindset and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and checklists
• Comfortable with extensive walking, standing, and occasionally working in various environments (indoor and outdoor)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong communication skills for remote collaboration with team members

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in 3D scanning, surveying, or related fields
• Knowledge of retail and/or commercial real estate industries
• Experience with data capture technologies or imaging software

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
