Front Desk Clerk / Office Assistant (Spanish Required)

Premier Holdings One is hiring a Front Desk Clerk / Office Assistant to support our property management team. This role handles phones, emails, mail, and daily office tasks. You’ll work directly with management and support day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls in English and Spanish

  • Respond to emails and basic written correspondence

  • Open, sort, and distribute mail

  • Prepare simple office reports

  • Perform data entry and filing

  • Use Microsoft Word and Excel daily

  • Assist management with administrative tasks

  • Support the team with scheduling and follow-ups

  • Maintain an organized front desk and office area

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)

  • Strong phone and email communication skills

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Organized and detail-focused

  • Able to multitask and meet deadlines

  • Professional, reliable, and punctual

Preferred

  • Office or property management experience

  • Experience preparing basic reports
