Premier Holdings One is hiring a Front Desk Clerk / Office Assistant to support our property management team. This role handles phones, emails, mail, and daily office tasks. You’ll work directly with management and support day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls in English and Spanish

Respond to emails and basic written correspondence

Open, sort, and distribute mail

Prepare simple office reports

Perform data entry and filing

Use Microsoft Word and Excel daily

Assist management with administrative tasks

Support the team with scheduling and follow-ups

Maintain an organized front desk and office area
Requirements

Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)

Strong phone and email communication skills

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
