Accountant

LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring an accountant in the Bonita Springs, FL area. Our client is searching for an accountant with a strong background. This is an in-office opportunity with a client that offers great benefits. Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, additional voluntary benefits, and a 401k plan.

Responsibilities to include:

· Accounts Payable function to record and ensure all invoices

· Prepare general ledger entries by maintaining records and files

· Reconciling of accounts

· Preparation of financial statements

· Administrative functions to include maintenance of vendor files, corporate records, ordering supplies and maintaining supply inventory

You are a great fit if:

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance

· 5 plus years of accounting experience

· Experience in QuickBooks.

· Knowledge of Paychex and/or ADP payroll platforms a plus.

· Knowledge of real estate a plus

This is a direct hire opportunity that will pay $55-$70k depending on resume and experience. Please apply today!
