Job Description:
Perform quarterly and annual close, prepare current tax provision entries for partnerships and Otis NJ/ NSAA (including dividends and foreign tax credits), review of FAS 109 provisions for foreign entities.
Job Specific Requirements:
- Assist with tax accounting review per ASC740.
- Utilize tax software to perform tax provision computation.
- Review tax provision submissions.
- 8+ years of relevant tax accounting experience
