Their Pembroke Pines location serves as a central hub for the West Hollywood/Dania Beach, East Pembroke Pines, and West Miramar territories. With significant growth potential in the South Florida market, they are seeking a high-level Sales Executive to drive business development and expand their market presence.
Position Summary
Our client is actively seeking an experienced, high-level Sales Executive to join their Florida team. This is a unique opportunity for a driven sales professional with a proven track record in the restoration or related industries. The ideal candidate will bring an established book of business, demonstrate exceptional relationship-building skills, and thrive in a performance-driven environment where compensation reflects results.
Key Responsibilities
- • Actively market and develop business within assigned territories: Pembroke Pines and Dania Beach
- • Build and maintain strategic relationships with insurance carriers, TPAs, property managers, commercial accounts, and other key referral sources
- • Generate new revenue through consultative selling and account development
- • Leverage existing book of business while expanding market share in the South Florida restoration market
- • Collaborate with marketing team and operations to ensure seamless service delivery
- • Participate in networking events, industry associations, and community engagement activities
- • Report to Market Manager and work closely with C-Suite leadership on strategic initiatives
QualificationsRequired:
• Proven success in B2B sales, preferably in restoration, construction, insurance, or related industries
• Established book of business and strong network of industry contacts
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred:
• Experience in the restoration or construction industry
• Knowledge of South Florida market and established relationships with insurance carriers and TPAs
• Experience selling water damage restoration, fire damage restoration, mold remediation, or reconstruction services
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

This is a high-earning opportunity with compensation structured to reward performance. We offer a competitive package tailored to the individual's experience and existing book of business.
Compensation Structure:
• Base salary (competitive and negotiable based on experience)
• Uncapped commission structure tied to sales performance and revenue generated
• Compensation is flexible and dependent on candidate's experience, track record, and existing book of business
