POSITION SUMMARY
As Director of Agency Business Development, you will be at the forefront of Loud And Live’s growth engine, owning the top-of-funnel strategy and outreach efforts that lead to long-term client partnerships. This role is ideal for a proactive, driven professional who thrives on building relationships and opening doors. You’ll be responsible for identifying prospective clients, conducting outreach—particularly via LinkedIn and other platforms—and initiating introductory conversations that set the stage for deeper engagement.
Once a potential opportunity is identified, you will serve as the bridge between the client and our internal Business Solutions team, ensuring a smooth transition for account development and management. Success in this role requires previous experience working at an agency, a strong grasp of the general market, and a consultative approach to selling integrated experiential marketing solutions.
This role is more than sales—it’s about being a connector and strategic frontliner who represents Loud And Live’s unique value proposition to brands looking to engage consumers through memorable, emotionally resonant experiences.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Own and execute strategic outreach campaigns with a heavy focus on LinkedIn engagement, direct messaging, and follow-ups to schedule high-value introductory calls with prospective brand marketers.
•Conduct intro meetings with qualified prospects and transition the relationship to the Business Solutions team for proposal development and account management.
• Identify high-potential brand categories aligned with our experiential and integrated marketing services.
•Manage a robust pipeline from initial outreach through warm lead qualification and team handoff. Use CRM tools to track progress and maintain momentum.
• Partner with internal teams to co-create pitch materials, capability decks, and outreach messaging tailored to industry and prospect type.
• Work closely with creative, strategy, marketing, and production teams to ensure smooth transitions and continuity in the client experience.
• Maintain detailed CRM records and provide regular updates to leadership on outreach metrics, lead conversion, and pipeline health.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in business development, with at least 4 years in an agency setting focused on integrated or experiential marketing (this is a requirement- no exceptions).
• Demonstrated success in generating new business through strategic outreach and lead qualification.
• Familiarity with general market and multicultural brand landscapes.
• Experience engaging Fortune 1000 brands across verticals such as CPG, retail, automotive, beverage/alcohol, lifestyle, and entertainment.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially for client-facing engagements.
• Comfortable conducting discovery calls and articulating a marketing value proposition.
• Highly organized, self-driven, and resilient in the face of ambiguity or rejection.
