About the Role:
General Placement Service is recruiting on behalf of a respected insurance brokerage for an Account Manager to support Producers and account teams in delivering exceptional service to clients. This role involves managing policy administration, handling renewals, resolving service issues, and supporting new business efforts for small or less complex accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day account service tasks including endorsements, renewals, invoicing, certificates, ID cards, and policy issuance.

• Track policy expirations and ensure timely, accurate renewals.

• Assist with new business: gather underwriting info, prep submissions, bind coverage, and issue policies.

• Review contracts for appropriate coverages.

• Monitor accounts receivable and address outstanding balances.

• Maintain data accuracy in agency systems and carrier platforms.

• Communicate regularly with the account team to ensure smooth workflow and client satisfaction.

• Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain compliance with agency procedures.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of insurance customer service experience.

• Active P&C license required; CISR designation preferred.

• Strong knowledge of insurance processes and client service needs.

• Excellent multitasking, communication, and organizational skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and agency management systems.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
