Operations Coordinator – Marine Technical Services

Schedule: Monday-Friday (occasional weekends or after-hours support as needed - via phone)

The Role
We’re looking for an Operations Coordinator to support our marine service operations — handling scheduling, documentation, technician logistics, and warehouse oversight.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare service quotes, schedules, and travel plans
- Manage paperwork for marine service
- Assign technicians (in-house, 1099, service stations, EU techs)
- Track ISO documentation & technician certifications
- Monitor calibration & maintenance of equipment (load cells, gauges, etc.)
- Oversee office & warehouse supplies, cleanliness, and uniform stock
- Support vehicle and facility upkeep (truck, forklift, building)
What You’ll Need
- 3+ years in operations, logistics, or coordination (marine preferred)
- Strong organization & communication skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and marine documentation a plus
