Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Regional Director of Operations to oversee multiple hotel properties. This role will focus on operational leadership, performance optimization, and ensuring adherence to brand standards across the portfolio. The position is remote but will require travel as per business needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple properties in the Tri-State area.

Implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to achieve business objectives.

Ensure brand standards and compliance with company policies.

Monitor financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, and cost control.

Provide leadership, coaching, and development to property management teams.

Conduct property inspections and operational audits.

Collaborate with corporate leadership on strategic initiatives and growth plans.
Qualifications:

Minimum 3–5 years of Marriott experience in multi-property management.

Proven track record in hotel operations, leadership, and team development.

Strong financial acumen and understanding of P&L management.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to travel as required across the Tri-State area.
