Customer Service Representative (CSR)

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Orlando CityPay Solutions. This role is a key part of our daily operations and serves as the first line of communication for clients and prospects.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Answer and direct inbound calls with professionalism and a positive attitude, assisting clients with questions related to payroll, onboarding, and general inquiries.

Respond to and manage company emails, ensuring timely and accurate communication with clients, partners, and internal team members.

Submit payroll accounts accurately and on time by reviewing incoming documentation, preparing files, and processing submissions.

Follow up with prospective clients to gather any outstanding information required for onboarding and account setup.

Assist the onboarding team by organizing new client paperwork, setting up payroll accounts in the system, and ensuring a smooth transition.

Maintain up-to-date client records and notes in our CRM and payroll platforms.

Coordinate internally with our service and operations team to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
