We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Orlando CityPay Solutions. This role is a key part of our daily operations and serves as the first line of communication for clients and prospects.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct inbound calls with professionalism and a positive attitude, assisting clients with questions related to payroll, onboarding, and general inquiries.

  • Respond to and manage company emails, ensuring timely and accurate communication with clients, partners, and internal team members.

  • Submit payroll accounts accurately and on time by reviewing incoming documentation, preparing files, and processing submissions.

  • Follow up with prospective clients to gather any outstanding information required for onboarding and account setup.

  • Assist the onboarding team by organizing new client paperwork, setting up payroll accounts in the system, and ensuring a smooth transition.

  • Maintain up-to-date client records and notes in our CRM and payroll platforms.

  • Coordinate internally with our service and operations team to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
