Job DescriptionJob Title: Warehouse AssociatePay Rate: $20.00 – $25.00 per hourSchedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMLocation: Fort Lauderdale, FLJob DescriptionWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate order fulfillment, inventory handling, and safe operation of warehouse equipment.Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate picking, packing, staging, and shipping of customer orders
- Receive inbound shipments, verify documentation, inspect materials, and ensure proper put-away
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, reach truck) safely and efficiently
- Use ERP/SAP systems to process orders, receipts, transfers, and inventory updates
- Prepare shipping documents, packing lists, and labels
- Coordinate with carriers for pickups, LTL shipments, and special handling requirements
- Support the Warehouse Supervisor with workflow coordination as needed
- Communicate effectively with Operations, Customer Service, and Logistics teams
- Uphold company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures at all times
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of warehouse or logistics experience (advanced skill level preferred)
- Experience using ERP and/or SAP systems
- Valid forklift certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
