Creative Content Manager
Full Time, Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 days offsite
Location: Fort Lauderdale, Florida
We're seeking a talented Creative Content Manager to join our client's team in building a media engine for a successful founder in the tech staffing and AI space. This role is perfect for creative self-starters who are passionate about entrepreneurship and want to shape a fast-growing personal brand.
About the Opportunity
As a Creative Content Manager, you'll play a key role in capturing the founder's business lessons, personal journey, and upcoming ventures through high-quality content. You'll work closely with the founder, Marketing Director, and a small operational team in South Florida to develop engaging stories and build professional brands.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
Develop a content roadmap around key pillars such as scaling a business, marketing, sales, building technology and AI, mindset, relationships, and fitness/lifestyle
Capture day-to-day footage and edit it into engaging short-form and long-form content
Use AI tools and creative techniques to speed up editing and keep content fresh
Collaboration and Brand Building
Work closely with the founder to draw out his best stories and insights
Collaborate with the Marketing Director to develop content that answers prospect questions
Help the Florida team build their professional brands through on-camera coaching and footage repurposing
Analysis and Adaptation
Monitor analytics to see which topics and formats perform best
Adjust the content mix weekly based on data insights
Learning and Growth
Access a dedicated content coach and proven playbooks to accelerate development
Receive mentorship directly from the founder and participate in strategy discussions
What We're Looking For
Requirements:
3 years of experience, strong portfolio or personal social media presence, and a hunger to build something meaningful
Entrepreneurially Curious: Passionate about business podcasts, AI, startups, and personal development
Hands-On and Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with filming, lighting, and editing, and eager to experiment with AI tools and new platforms
Research-Driven Storyteller: Able to analyze what makes content resonate and distill complex ideas into engaging narratives
Collaborative and Adaptable: Strong communication skills, ability to work with founders and teammates, and a willingness to wear multiple hats

Canva: A popular graphic design tool for creating social media graphics and templates
Adobe Creative Cloud: A suite of creative apps, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro
Lumen5: A video creation platform for transforming written content into engaging videos
Picsart: A creative platform for editing and generating images
Content Management and Organization Tools
Trello: A visual project management tool for organizing content calendars and workflows
Asana: A task management platform for tracking content projects and deadlines
Airtable: A cloud-based database for managing content assets and metadata
Google Drive: A cloud storage platform for storing and sharing content files
Content Scheduling and Publishing Tools
Buffer: A social media management platform for scheduling and publishing content
Hootsuite: A social media management platform for scheduling, publishing, and analytics
Later: A visual content scheduling platform for Instagram and other social media channels
WordPress: A content management system for publishing and managing blog content
Analytics and Performance Tracking Tools
Google Analytics: A web analytics platform for tracking website traffic and behavior
Social Media Insights: Native analytics platforms for tracking social media performance

Semrush: An all-in-one digital marketing platform for tracking SEO, content, and social media performance
Collaboration and Communication Tools
Slack: A communication platform for team collaboration and feedback
Microsoft Teams: A communication and collaboration platform for teams
Email: A essential tool for communicating with team members, stakeholders, and clients
Project management software: Tools like Asana, Trello, or Basecamp for managing content projects and workflows
Work Environment
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL, with 3 days of on-site work per week 2 days offsite per week
