Wool Plumbing Supply is seeking an accounts receivable clerk to control and manage all receivable functions at one of our most active locations. This is a fast-paced position, and the candidate should have experience processing a large volume of account/credit customer invoices and COD account invoices. Excellent customer communications skills are required.
Main duties include:
- Posting customer payments in our ERP system.
- Approving release of sales orders when customer exceeds credit limit.
- Resolving past due accounts by examining customer terms, payment history, and credit line; Initiates calls to customers when necessary to collect balances due.
- Engaging in various other administrative tasks that are required.
- Experience with Notice to Owners and Release of Liens is beneficial.
- Running credit card register and other end of day tasks.
- Preparing bank deposits.
