Location: Bonita Springs, FL
Pay: $20–$22/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat
Assist customers with questions, quotes, and reservations
Record customer interactions in Salesforce and other systems
Support team members with larger or escalated issues
Meet individual performance goals for response time, call quality, and accuracy
Report and escalate major issues following company policies
Maintain attendance, reliability, and adherence to scheduling guidelines
Develop and strengthen skills for career growth within the company
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required
0–1 year of customer service experience (retail, call center, or office environment)
Ability to type at least 35 WPM
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Comfortable entering information into computer systems
Skills:
