Manager, Business Insights – Restaurant Operations

TEWS Company is partnering with a multi-unit restaurant group to find a strategic and data-driven Business Insights Manager. This role supports operational and financial decision-making by analyzing performance across locations and helping leadership optimize initiatives in areas like menu strategy, purchasing, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze restaurant performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Build and enhance Power BI dashboards to track KPIs across units
  • Collaborate with data teams to ensure reporting accuracy
  • Support budgeting and forecasting with financial modeling
  • Deliver recurring performance reports and insights to leadership
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and underperforming locations
  • Provide decision support across operations, finance, and marketing

What We’re Looking For:

  • 4–6 years of experience in financial or operational analysis
  • Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, SQL, and data visualization
  • Experience in restaurant or multi-unit retail operations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • Master’s degree or CPA/CMA preferred
