Part-Time Virtual Assistant (Astrology Background Required) / PR Support

Mastering the Zodiac

📍 Miami-based preferred | ⏱ 6–8 hours per week | 💼 1099 Contractor

Mastering the Zodiac, a sidereal astrology company, is seeking a part-time Virtual Assistant with astrology knowledge to support administration, content workflows, outreach, and communications. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, creative, comfortable working remotely, and genuinely familiar with astrology.

Responsibilities

Content & Scheduling

• Assist with short-form content creation using Vizard and other AI tools
• Schedule Instagram Reels and social content for the week

PR & Monitoring

• Daily software and mention monitoring
• Triage mentions, identify outreach opportunities, and flag relevant conversations

Social Media Support

• Support and monitor social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
• Assist with Instagram post support for the Mastering the Zodiac account

Email Support

• Assist with email review and responses

Qualifications

• Available 6–8 hours per week
• Miami-based preferred
• 1099 Contractor
• Background in social media, content, art, or design is a strong plus
• Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
• Experience working in a remote setting preferred
• Astrology knowledge required (basic to intermediate)
• Familiarity with sidereal astrology or astrology software/tools is a strong bonus
• Comfortable engaging with astrology-focused or creator-based communities



Tools & Software (Experience a Plus)

Familiarity with the following tools is considered a strong plus:

• ClickUp (task and workflow management)
• Awario (media monitoring and outreach)
• Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
• AI tools for content creation, research, and workflow support (e.g., Vizard)
• Start Date: Flexible / ASAP
