Job DescriptionImmediate need for a claims agent for our client in Oviedo, FL. The Claims Agent is responsible for processing submissions received via USPS, Email and Fax.
Job Description:
1. Review and process written correspondence from class members in accordance with company guidelines, protocols and training materials.
2. Adhere to scheduled Claims shift. 9am to 6pm EST Monday - Friday
3. Process all correspondence with speed and precision.
4. Proactively identify and address any issues related to Cases or Class Members and escalate to leadership.
5. Complete follow-up tasks to ensure Escalations are resolved in a timely manner.
6. Support additional projects and/or duties assigned by leadership.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Excel, Adobe, and be trained in company's Internal software.
