Applicant should be capable to take on real estate photography assignments which can include photography, videography, drone use and also 3D floor plan capture. Applicant should already have necessary equipment which would include full frame dSLR, wide angle lens 12mm - 20mm lens, tripod, 4k capable cellphone with stabilizer and a drone. Applicant needs to have FAA part 107 and able to provide evidence. Pay will be based on a percentage of the invoiced assignment. Proficiency in photography, videography and drone is a must. Proficiency with video capture is also required with at least basic understanding of video capture using a smart phone and stabilizer at a minimum.
