Job Title: Sales Representative
Job Type: Part-Time (30hrs per week)
Compensation: $17/hour + Commission
Location: West Palm Beach
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role involves engaging with customers over the phone, managing communications via email and online platforms, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate is able to type and talk well at the same time, comfortable with extended periods of computer work/ sitting, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients via email, phone, and online platforms to promote products/services
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics - commission opportunity
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Warm and friendly customer service interactions
- Type and talk at the same time
Qualifications:
- Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute with talking on the phone
- Comfortable sitting and typing for extended periods
- Proficient in using computers, email platforms, and internet-based tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset
- Previous sales experience is a plus but not required
