Job Summary:

This is a full-time, in-person position reposting to the Marketing Operations Manager. We are seeking a strategic and visually driven Creative Lead to oversee the development, direction, and execution of creative assets across all marketing channels. This role bridges high-level brand strategy with hands-on creative leadership, ensuring that all visual communications reflect our brand identity and support business objectives. The Creative Lead will guide a multidisciplinary design team, manage workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to bring impactful campaigns to life. This role will translate brand and marketing strategies into compelling creative concepts, craft persuasive advertising copy, and ensure that all deliverables reflect a strong, cohesive creative vision.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Translate brand and marketing strategies into tangible creative concepts, writing persuasive advertising copy and ensuring all deliverables align with a cohesive and impactful creative vision.
  • Serve as the main liaison between marketing strategy and the creative team to translate campaign objectives into actionable, visually compelling creative briefs.
  • Provide clear, decisive creative direction and visual leadership across channels including paid media, CRM, social media, product, print, outdoor, radio, and video.
  • Lead and mentor the creative teamdefining roles, setting expectations, overseeing schedules, and conducting performance evaluations to foster accountability, growth, and innovation.
  • Review, refine, and approve creative deliverables, ensuring all assets meet high-quality standards, align with brand guidelines, and resonate with target audiences.
  • Guide the visual representation of ideas from concept to completion, including graphics, layout, photography, motion, and design systems.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Product, CRM, Paid Media, Social) to align creative execution with strategic goals.
  • Manage creative timelines, prioritize resources, and ensure timely delivery of projects within budget constraints.
  • Proactively recommend new creative concepts, formats, and visual approaches to keep campaigns fresh, relevant, and competitive.
  • Maintain awareness of design, digital, and cultural trends to continuously elevate the brands visual storytelling.
  • Identify and implement improvements in creative workflow, tools, and team processes to increase efficiency and creative output.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) highly preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced or regulated industry (e.g., fintech, financial services).
  • Strong supervisory and team leadership skills with experience in hiring, mentoring, and evaluating creative talent.
  • Excellent visual communication skills with a strong understanding of brand development, typography, layout, and storytelling.
  • Ability to convert strategic marketing direction into visually compelling creative solutions.
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects) and Figma.
  • Experience working across various media: digital, print, video, radio, social, CRM, and outdoor.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills; able to clearly communicate creative vision and feedback across departments.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in advertising, Marketing, Communications, Creative Writing, or related field (Graphic Design is a plus).
  • 3+ years of experience developing creative concepts and writing advertising copy, with the ability to translate marketing strategies into compelling campaigns.
  • Experience supervising or managing creative teams is strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of leading creative projects from strategic brief to final execution, ensuring alignment between brand strategy, messaging, and visual assets.


Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
