We’re looking for a driven Account Manager to grow our commercial, industrial, and institutional customer base through the sale of preventive maintenance, controls, and energy service agreements.
If you’re a hunter who thrives on building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and closing deals, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, facility managers, and management companies
- Conduct presentations, develop proposals, and negotiate contracts to close service agreements at profitable margins
- Retain and grow existing accounts by ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering consistent follow-up
- Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer success
- Keep accurate records in CRM and provide regular updates on sales activity and pipeline
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven sales experience in HVAC, building services, or related industries
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven with a hunter mentality
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Ability to visit client sites in commercial, industrial, educational, and healthcare settings
