Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls and warm leads
Assist clients with tax preparation or document intake
Collect required tax documents and IDs
Provide excellent customer service and clear communication
Accurately enter client information into our system
Follow proven scripts and workflows

✅ Requirements

Prior tax prep or customer service experience preferred (but not required)
Strong communication skills
Comfortable on the phone
Detail-oriented and organized
Reliable internet and phone access
Coachable mindset and strong work ethic

Compensation

Most reps earn $1,500–$2,000 per week
Top performers earn $45,000+ per season
