Sous Chef Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Assist the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef in creating and maintaining an exceptional culinary experience</li>
<li>Support and ensure consistent execution of food and beverage recipes</li>
<li>Assist in hiring, training, and developing team members</li>
<li>Ensure cleanliness and safety protocols are in place</li>
</ul>
Sous Chef Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 2+ years in culinary management</li>
<li>High volume, from-scratch experience is a must </li>
<li>Proven leadership skills</li>
<li>Systems and Process-oriented</li>
<li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li>
<li>Experience leading BOH teams of 10-20 cooks a shift</li>
