Sous Chef Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef in creating and maintaining an exceptional culinary experience
  • Support and ensure consistent execution of food and beverage recipes
  • Assist in hiring, training, and developing team members
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety protocols are in place

Sous Chef Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2+ years in culinary management
  • High volume, from-scratch experience is a must
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Systems and Process-oriented
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience leading BOH teams of 10-20 cooks a shift
