Job DescriptionThis is a newly created role and a great opportunity for someone early in their accounting career or with a strong hospitality or food and beverage background who wants to grow into a long-term accounting position. The club is open to training the right person and values professionalism, discretion, and a service-oriented mindset.
What this role supports
• Day-to-day accounting activities across golf operations, food and beverage, retail, and member services
• Accounts payable, accounts receivable, and member billing
• Daily revenue reconciliation from POS and merchant systems
• Journal entries and assistance with month-end close
• Bank and credit card reconciliations
• Payroll support and special event accounting
• Maintaining organized and accurate financial records
What they are looking for
• One to three years of accounting, bookkeeping, or financial operations experience
• Hospitality, food and beverage, club, or service industry experience strongly preferred
• Accounting degree or coursework is a plus but not required
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with daily transaction volume
• Willingness to learn and grow with a collaborative accounting team

Details
• Full-time, on-site role in Lakeland
• Monday through Friday with some flexibility during month-end or special events
