<p>RTD Talent Solutions is currently representing a premier North American insurance intermediary (Man­aging General Agency (MGA) and Independent Marketing Organization (IMO)) That is seeking a bilingual (English and Spanish) Broker Support Administrator for their US and Canada operations.</p>
<p>As the Broker Support Administrator, you would be responsible for delivering customer support to agents, associations, and insurance carriers.</p>
<p>Key job duties, among others:</p>
<ul>
<li>Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with agents, associations, and insurance carriers.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Address phone and email inquiries promptly with a professional and solution-focused approach.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Take on additional Broker Support responsibilities as assigned by the manager.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Recommend process and technology improvements to enhance operational efficiency.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Keep the department's process manual accurate and up to date.</li>
</ul>
