Job Title: Office Administrative Assistant

Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrative Assistant to support our day-to-day operations in a professional office setting. While construction industry experience is a plus, it is not required. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, professional, and possess strong communication and organizational skills.
Principal Accountabilities:

Coordinate meals and handle cleanup for training sessions, Board of Directors meetings, and other company events

Greet and welcome all visitors and meeting attendees in a courteous and professional manner

Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail; prepare and manage outgoing correspondence and packages

Answer incoming calls, provide front-line customer service, route calls appropriately, and take detailed messages

Maintain inventory and order office and building supplies as needed

Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document management

Run errands and deliver messages as required

Create and distribute training completion certificates to customers

Coordinate shipping and receiving of packages and materials

Schedule and arrange maintenance services for the Fort Myers office building

Adhere to all company safety policies and maintain a safe office environment
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or office management training is a plus

2+ years of office administrative experience preferred

Construction office experience is a plus but not required

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Professional demeanor with a customer-focused attitude

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and manage light physical tasks related to event setup or mail handling
Work Environment:
This position is based in a professional office setting. It may occasionally require light physical activity during events or facility upkeep. The role involves routine use of standard office equipment.
