Position Overview:

As a Final Expense Agent, you will meet with clients, assess their needs, and recommend tailored Final Expense and related insurance products. You will play a critical role in helping seniors protect their families and plan for the future. This is a client-facing, production-based role requiring a state insurance license.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Educate clients on available plans and provide personalized insurance solutions.

  • Assist clients with completing applications and guide them through the underwriting process.

  • Maintain accurate and timely records of all client interactions.

  • Build long-term relationships through ongoing client service and support.

  • Meet individual and team sales goals while upholding the highest ethical standards.

Qualifications:

  • Active 2-15 Insurance License (required); will consider Active 2-14 licensee.

  • Previous sales experience in life insurance, Final Expense, or related fields preferred.

  • Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.

  • Demonstrated empathy, patience, and understanding in working with senior clients.

  • Self-motivated, independent, and goal-driven.

  • Proficient with digital tools.
