Position Overview

As the Project Coordinator, Marketing Operations, you’ll be a key support partner within the U.S. Marketing Operations team—ensuring marketing campaigns, programs, and deliverables across multiple brands are executed accurately, aligned cross-functionally, and delivered on time.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1–3 years in project coordination, marketing operations, or campaign support (global experience a plus)
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com, Smartsheet, or Basecamp
  • Familiarity with campaign tracking, creative workflows, and cross-functional coordination
  • Knowledge of global marketing execution, brand strategy, and marketing lifecycle processes
  • PMP certification or similar credential preferred

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with timeline and task management across U.S. marketing campaigns
  • Track key campaign milestones including briefs, reviews, approvals, and launches
  • Coordinate day-to-day activities with cross-functional teams such as Brand Studio, Social, and Retail
  • Facilitate updates and alignment through project check-ins and documentation
  • Support marketing project file organization and maintain campaign trackers
  • Help create and maintain campaign briefs, checklists, and workback schedules
  • Consolidate and share timelines and project info across departments
  • Support Stage Gate process implementation and RACI stakeholder coordination
  • Document lessons learned and feedback to improve marketing operations

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience. Celsius is a total rewards company. This position may be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
