Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team on a Contract basis in Plantation, Florida. In this role, you will handle a mix of payroll and bookkeeping tasks, ensuring financial accuracy and efficiency for a diverse client base. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and expertise in QuickBooks.

Responsibilities:
• Manage payroll processing and bookkeeping tasks for approximately 45-50 clients.
• Perform accurate manual data entries and maintain detailed financial records.
• Transition accounting systems from Accounting CS to QuickBooks Online.
• Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions with precision.
• Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accurate balances and transactions.
• Generate financial reports and statements to support client needs.
• Collaborate with clients to address accounting inquiries and provide solutions.
• Maintain compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Ensure timely and accurate billing processes.• Proven experience in bookkeeping and payroll management.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, including QuickBooks Online.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.
• Ability to perform detailed bank reconciliations.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Capability to handle manual data entry efficiently.
• Familiarity with transitioning accounting systems is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients effectively.
