The housekeeper is responsible for the visual presentation and cleanliness of the condominium association under the direction of their immediate supervisor.
Duties may include but are not limited to:
- Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping
- Dusting
- Emptying trash cans
- Cleaning Toilets
- Laundry
- Clean guest suites (similar to hotel rooms)
- Sanitize high-touch areas
- Restock and organize supplies
- Delivery packages - USPS, UPS, FED EX, flowers, etc.
- Open condo doors if needed for housekeepers, tradesmen, etc.
- Relieve front desk attendant as needed
Requirements:
- Must pass a background check
- Ability to build relationships with management and fellow employees
- Ability to stay on task while working independently
- Ability to work weekends.
- Ability to work 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
- Ability to work Monday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Part Time - 32-Hours Per Week
- Must be able to speak, read, and write English
- Follow instructions and be eager to learn
- Present a neat and professional appearance
- Possess a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, squat, twist, reach, pull, and lift heavy objects (30 lbs +), climb stairs/ladder
- Must be able to walk or stand for the duration of the shift
- Complete computerized daily job reports.
