Kids Kampus is currently looking for a Center Director. The ideal candiate must meet the following requirements
The Daycare Director oversees the daily operations of a childcare center, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children. This role includes managing staff, maintaining compliance with regulations, supporting families, and leading the overall vision and quality of the program.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Administration

Manage daily operations of the childcare center

Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff

Create staff schedules and manage coverage

Develop and enforce center policies and procedures
Must have an ACTIVE Directors Certificate
Must have atleast two years of experience
Must have experience teaching VPK
Must have experience building center enrollment
