We are looking for a skilled and analytical Financial Analyst specializing in supply chain operations to join our team in Stuart, Florida. This position focuses on evaluating material costs, optimizing inventory management, and enhancing financial transparency across production processes. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving cost efficiencies, monitoring performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.


Responsibilities:

• Analyze cost drivers related to raw materials, manufacturing inputs, and overhead expenses to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.

• Conduct variance analyses to pinpoint deviations from cost standards, investigate root causes, and recommend corrective measures.

• Monitor material utilization within the manufacturing plant to identify inefficiencies in purchasing, scrap, issuance, or quality processes.

• Evaluate inventory performance metrics to support optimization efforts and ensure accurate data for forecasting and allocation strategies.

• Assess excess and obsolete inventory to improve stock management and provisioning.

• Develop and maintain financial dashboards and reports that outline cost structures, efficiency trends, and material margin performance.

• Support budgeting and forecasting processes using historical data and predictive models.

• Collaborate with operations, procurement, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment on financial strategies and decisions.

• Present findings and insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through reports, dashboards, and presentations.

• Participate in the development and maintenance of standard costing models to enhance financial accuracy and decision-making.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost analysis or financial planning within a manufacturing environment.- REQUIRED

• Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas and pivot tables, as well as familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI.

• Strong ability to analyze large datasets and derive actionable insights.

• Experience with inventory control systems and standard costing practices.

• Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and data integrity.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach.

• Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
