This role is fully on-site at our Winter Park, FL corporate office, offering hands-on collaboration with colleagues.

Position Summary

The Marketing Automation & Revenue Operations Analyst is instrumental in driving efficiency, insight, and alignment across sales and marketing teams. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and technology, combining expertise in marketing automation, CRM management, and revenue analytics to deliver actionable insights that improve business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

CRM & Marketing Technology Management

  • Serve as the subject matter expert on Salesforce (SFDC), Pardot/Account Engagement, and other marketing platforms.
  • Manage CRM integrations, workflows, and automation, ensuring alignment between sales and marketing systems.
  • Oversee database management, segmentation, and list hygiene, lead clean-up initiatives to maintain accurate and reliable data.
  • Implement and optimize automated nurturing programs, lead scoring, and campaign workflows across digital channels.
  • Stay informed about emerging marketing technologies to enhance lead tracking, attribution, and campaign effectiveness.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Analyze sales, revenue, and marketing performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards and KPIs in Salesforce, Domo, and other reporting tools.
  • Provide actionable insights on lead conversion, sales pipeline health, and campaign performance.
  • Monitor email marketing performance, while ensuring compliance with SPAM regulations and subscription management best practices.
  • Provide forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking to guide revenue strategies.

Collaboration & Strategy

  • Partner with sales leadership to enhance accountability in achieving revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Directors and Managers to refine targeting strategies and improve segmentation.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Train and support teams in using analytics and CRM tools to improve performance.
  • Contribute to process improvements that increase operational efficiency and enhance the customer journey.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Marketing, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in marketing automation, CRM management, or sales/revenue analytics.
  • Strong technical proficiency in Salesforce (administrator certification preferred) and Pardot/Account Engagement; equivalent experience considered.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, including formulas, Pivot Tables, and data manipulation.
  • Experience developing dashboards and report automation (Salesforce, Domo, or similar).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative dynamic work environment.
  • Growth mindset with interest in applying Artificial Intelligence to optimize marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Experience in real estate is a plus but not required; transferable experience in other industries is welcome.
