We are looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will be the face of the dining experience-welcoming guests, guiding them through the menu, and ensuring exceptional service from start to finish. Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and promptly upon arrival
- Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations based on guest preferences
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff
- Serve food and drinks efficiently and with attention to detail
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests or concerns professionally
- Clear tables, reset dining areas, and maintain cleanliness throughout the shift
- Process payments accurately using POS systems
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
- Uphold the restaurant's standards for hospitality, presentation, and professionalism
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server or in customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol (if applicable)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in upscale or high-volume dining environments
- Knowledge of wine, cocktails, and food pairings
- Food Handler's or Alcohol Server Certification (as required by local regulations)
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
