This role involves engaging with potential and existing clients to promote our products and services, primarily through inbound, warm calling, and business development efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and an interest in learning the sales process. This is a Full-Time position in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound inquiries from prospective clients, providing detailed product information and solutions
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service
- Collaborate with our internal team to help develop strategies for lead generation and business development
- Learn and maintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings to effectively communicate value propositions
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or outbound efforts to maximize conversion rates
Experience
- Experience in sales and customer service is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
