We are looking for a senior marketing leader who thrives on organization, planning, accountability, and ownership. Someone who loves building systems, running timelines, and leading teams without needing to be the loudest voice in the room creatively.

What This Role Really Is


You will lead the marketing function from an operational and leadership standpoint. Your job is to bring structure, discipline, and forward planning to a creative team that already produces strong content.

You will act as the bridge between ownership and the marketing team, translating business priorities into clear plans, timelines, and deliverables. You will make sure campaigns are planned weeks in advance, deadlines are met, and nothing important is left to the last minute.


You are not expected to design flyers, write captions, or produce creative assets. You are expected to ensure the right things get done, on time, every time.


What You Will Own


• Build and manage marketing calendars tied to restaurant operations, events, holidays, and promotions

• Lead and organize a creative team with clear expectations, deadlines, and accountability

• Run meetings with ownership and senior leadership and confidently represent marketing priorities

• Create structure where there currently is none

• Ensure marketing supports revenue, events, and guest experience, not just aesthetics

• Eliminate last-minute scrambles and reactive planning

• Act as the operational backbone of the marketing department


What Success Looks Like


• Valentine’s Day, holiday, and major event campaigns are planned well in advance

• The creative team is clear on priorities and timelines

• Ownership feels informed, aligned, and confident in marketing execution

• Marketing becomes predictable, organized, and scalable

• The team works smarter, not harder


The Right Background


We are looking for someone with real hospitality experience, ideally within upscale restaurants, nightlife, or lifestyle-driven brands. You understand the rhythm of service, events, weekends, and high expectation ownership groups.


You are polished, confident, and comfortable pushing back when needed. You can lead strong personalities without ego. You are respected because you are prepared, organized, and consistent.

This role is ideal for someone who has led marketing teams but prefers operations, leadership, and execution over hands on creative work.
