We are seeking a Personal Assistant / Secretary! You will perform clerical and administrative functions as well as personal. It would be temporary with opportunity to become full time, ideally 9-3pm Mon-Thurs.. We need consistency. It is a home office. I am looking for someone that is one step ahead of me and anticipates the next move for both personal and business and can help keep me organized. We may be moving our office within the next few months and will need help packing as well.
Responsibilities:
- Filing!
- Draft email correspondences and other formal documents
- Reconcile Transactions in QB (Desktop Version)
- Answer inbound telephone calls, Make outgoing calls
- Job costing via crews time sheets for time billing
- Invoice and Estimates in QB
- Microsoft Word, Minor Excel, Experience is a must
- Call and Order Parts, Get Quotes, Research Parts online
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks
- Run Errands (business and personal tasks)
Qualifications:
- Take Charge, get the job done
- Must have reliable transportation
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail (near OCD would be nice :)
- Strong organizational skills!! to help me get in order
- Not shy to the construction industry of pressure and fires burning
- Common Sense please
- Not hesitant to dive in and tackle ANY task
- Be able to work in a Home Office environment
- Work for a Family Owned Company
- We have Animals (Dogs and Cats)
